White label products
White label products are rebranded, re-sellable items that are produced by one company to be rebranded and resold by another company. This is because companies that are looking into creating their own product line do not have the time or the money to create something new from scratch. White label providers create a product or service to be rebranded by a reseller so they can re-sell it as their own product to their end consumers.
White label agreement
A white label software agreement, sometimes also referred to white label partnership agreement, describes a purchase agreement between a supplier and a licensee, where the licensee obtains the rights to sell a product by placing their own brand name on it. Often the licensee may resell a product for a lower price than an original brand manufacturer would charge.
White label partnership
A white label partnership is a partnership between a company which provides a service or product and another company which markets, sells, or distributes the same service or product under their own label.
This partner may subcontract several web, marketing, digital or other agencies, freelancers or consultants to provide deliverables to the agencies they work for and in turn, those agencies present the work to their clients.
White label company
A white label company is one that has created a product or service for another company so that they can place their name on the product. We would consider this to be more of an agreement than a recipe. Many companies enjoy having their brand displayed on the packaging, thus the reason you see many food products with the same ingredients but different labels.
